Since joining the club in 2001 Bushy has made a big impact both on and off the pitch. An opening/top order batsman Bushy likes to score as many runs as possible in boundaries as he is quite often either hung-over from Friday or conserving his energy for a bit of dancing on a Saturday night (John Travolta has nothing on him). However uncoventiional this tactic may seem, it usually pays off for him more often than not. As far as bowling is concerned Bushy's medium pace can always be relied upon to be spot on outside off stump as his team mates who field at square leg and mid wicket will testify.

Chris is currently studying mathematics at Cardiff University and when not attending lectures about such trivialities as quantum mechanics and matrix algebra he likes to make his student loan last as long as possible by playing a few games of Texas Holdem. If you are lucky enough to accompany Bushy on a night out in his native Bridgend or Cardiff you had better make sure you've lined your stomach as he is reputed to have the equivalent alcohol consumption rate per week to several small countries. It is no coincidence that his student house in Cardiff is located within 100 yards of no less than 5 pubs.
